Token MVRV

Display the MVRV ratio (Market Value / Realized Value) for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other major assets. An on-chain signal showing whether the average holder is in profit or loss. Data from CoinMetrics community API — no key required.

What it is for

MVRV is one of the most widely followed on-chain indicators in crypto. A ratio above 1 means the average holder is sitting on unrealized profit; below 1 means the average holder is at a loss relative to when they last moved their coins. Use this widget to track market cycle positioning at a glance. The chart mode shows how the ratio has evolved over time.

How to add it

1. Click + Add widget on any page.
2. Select Token MVRV from the widget picker. BTC, ETH, and SOL appear as direct-add presets.
3. Click a preset to add it immediately, or enter any CoinMetrics-supported asset symbol.
4. Save. The widget shows the current ratio immediately.

Configuration

Display options

• Text — current MVRV ratio (default). Green when above 1, red when below.
• Line chart — MVRV history over time.
• Bars — bar chart of recent values.
• Histogram — distribution of historical values.

At the default 24-hour interval: ~0.02 credits/day per widget.
