Forex rate
Display a live exchange rate for any currency pair. Track EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, USD/CHF, or any major pair. Updates on a schedule with no API key required.
What it is for
Use the forex rate widget to monitor exchange rates relevant to your work. Useful for international payments, freelancers billing across currencies, travel planning, or FX trading. Combine multiple pairs on the same dashboard to compare movements at a glance. Add a smart alert to get notified when a rate crosses a target.
How to add it
- Click + Add widget on any page.
- Select Forex rate from the widget picker.
- Enter the currency pair (e.g.
EUR/USD,GBP/JPY,USD/CHF). - Save. The widget shows the current rate immediately.
Configuration
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Label | Display name on the widget (e.g. "Euro / Dollar"). |
| Currency pair | Pair in BASE/QUOTE format (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, etc.). |
| Refresh interval | How often to update. Default is 1 hour. |
Display options
- Text — large current rate (4-6 decimal places).
- Line chart — rate over time.
- Bars — bar chart of recent values.
- Histogram — distribution of rate changes.
Credit cost
0.02 credits per check
At the default 1-hour interval: ~0.48 credits/day per widget.
